big endian ramdisk availibility..?

Hello,

does anybody know about the availibility of readymade big endian 
ramdisk for mips ?

also where to find a working big endian tool set.
i downloaded from "mips source page" both little endian and big 
endian.
while little endian worked fine but big endian one fails
due to one or another reason..
