These belong in a functional directory, not 'arm'.

Hi Matthias,

We tried to integrate the common components of DRM & MDP3 into the same
binding files and move them to the "bindings/arm/mediatek" directory,
but it did not meet the requirements.
Is it appropriate for us to change the path to "bindings/soc/mediatek",
or do you have other suggestions?
