[RFC v3 06/21] media device: Drop nop release callback

From: Sakari Ailus <sakari.ailus@linux.intel.com>
Date: 2016-08-26 23:44:45
Subsystem: media input infrastructure (v4l/dvb), the rest · Maintainers: Mauro Carvalho Chehab, Linus Torvalds

The release callback is only used to print a debug message. Drop it. (It
will be re-introduced later in a different form.)
