[PATCH 003/493] Input: serio - remove CONFIG_HOTPLUG ifdefs

From: Bill Pemberton <hidden>
Date: 2012-11-19 18:38:16
Subsystem: input (keyboard, mouse, joystick, touchscreen) drivers, the rest · Maintainers: Dmitry Torokhov, Linus Torvalds

Remove conditional code based on CONFIG_HOTPLUG being false. It's
always on now in preparation of it going away as an option.
