[PATCH net-next v2 10/15] hv_sock: set VMADDR_CID_HOST in the hvs_remote_addr_init()

From: Stefano Garzarella <sgarzare@redhat.com>
Date: 2019-11-14 09:59:03
Also in: kvm, lkml, netdev
Subsystem: hyper-v/azure core and drivers, networking [general], the rest, vm sockets (af_vsock) · Maintainers: "K. Y. Srinivasan", Haiyang Zhang, Wei Liu, Dexuan Cui, Long Li, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds, Stefano Garzarella

Remote peer is always the host, so we set VMADDR_CID_HOST as
remote CID instead of VMADDR_CID_ANY.
