[GIT PULL] fbdev fix for v5.3-rc4

Hi Linus,

Please pull fbdev fix for v5.3-rc4 (fbdev patches will now go to
upstream through drm-misc tree for improved maintainership and
better integration testing so update MAINTAINERS file accordingly).
