[PATCH 11/15] OMAPDSS: HDMI: add infoframe and hdmi_dvi_mode fields

Add infoframe and hdmi_dvi_mode fields to 'struct hdmi_config' which
will be used in the following patches for OMAP4 and OMAP5 HDMI.
