[PATCH] ext4: remove unnecessary test_opt for DIOREAD_NOLOCK

From: <hidden>
Date: 2020-04-13 04:24:31
Subsystem: ext4 file system, filesystems (vfs and infrastructure), the rest · Maintainers: "Theodore Ts'o", Alexander Viro, Christian Brauner, Linus Torvalds

From: Kaixu Xia <redacted>

The DIOREAD_NOLOCK flag has been cleared when doing the test_opt
that is meaningless, so remove the unnecessary test_opt for DIOREAD_NOLOCK.
