[PATCH 03/45] fs: have submit_bh users pass in op and flags separately

From: <hidden>
Date: 2016-06-05 19:32:40
Also in: dm-devel, linux-bcache, linux-block, linux-btrfs, linux-f2fs-devel, linux-fsdevel, linux-raid, linux-scsi, linux-xfs, lkml, ocfs2-devel
Subsystem: btrfs file system, ext4 file system, filesystems (vfs and infrastructure), gfs2 file system, journalling layer for block devices (jbd2), nilfs2 filesystem, ntfs filesystem, oracle cluster filesystem 2 (ocfs2), the rest, vfat/fat/msdos filesystem · Maintainers: Chris Mason, David Sterba, "Theodore Ts'o", Alexander Viro, Christian Brauner, Andreas Gruenbacher, Jan Kara, Ryusuke Konishi, Viacheslav Dubeyko, Namjae Jeon, Hyunchul Lee, Mark Fasheh, Joel Becker, Joseph Qi, Linus Torvalds, OGAWA Hirofumi

From: Mike Christie <redacted>

This has submit_bh users pass in the operation and flags separately,
so submit_bh_wbc can setup the bio op and bi_rw flags on the bio that
is submitted.
