[PATCH resend] jbd2_stats_proc_init wrong place.

From: yangsheng <hidden>
Date: 2010-11-16 07:31:44
Also in: linux-fsdevel
Subsystem: filesystems (vfs and infrastructure), journalling layer for block devices (jbd2), the rest · Maintainers: Alexander Viro, Christian Brauner, "Theodore Ts'o", Jan Kara, Linus Torvalds

 The jbd2_stats_proc_init() was placed on wrong location in
 jbd2_journal_init_dev().  This may cause /proc/fs/jdb2/<dev>/*
 cannot be created when using external journal device.
