[PATCH] Documentation: admin-guide: kernel-parameters: reformat "lapic=" boot option

Landed in mainline as 622381e62ddd on 2020-09-24.

Reformat "lapic=" to try to make it more understandable and similar
to the style that is mostly used in this file.
