[PATCH 1/8] dt-bindings: vendor-prefixes: add OpenHW Group

The OpenHW Group (https://www.openhwgroup.org) maintains the CORE-V
family of open source RISC-V cores, including the CVA6 application
class core and the CVA6 APU FPGA platform built around it.
