[PATCH v2 0/3] Add support for Renesas RZ/G3L CANFD

Add support for Renesas RZ/G3L CANFD.
The RZ/G3L CANFD IP has 3 channels and 11 interrupts compared to 2 channels
and 8 interrupts that of RZ/G3S. RZ/G3L has 288 buffers compared to 198
buffers on RZ/G3S SoC.
