Shikra has two USB controllers. Adding both USB controllers support in device mode in this series. Also squashing Type-C enablement on CQS/CQM platforms [1] into base USB enablement changes on these platforms [2] based on feedback to squash related subsystem changes. While at it, also sorting subnodes under soc@0 for consistency.
