[PATCH v3 0/3] clk: en7523: reset-controller support for EN7523 SoC

These patches:
 * adds reset-controller support for EN7523 SoC
 * updates dt-bindings
 * updates en7523 dtsi

Reset-controller support will allow us more easily reusing of en7581 drivers
for en7523.

Changes v2:
 * keep '#reset-cells' property optional
 * put dtsi changes to a separate commit
 * add missed dtsi include
