sysc is label to get this node since it is the one shared by all different dtsi files.

The kernel got an incorrect clock frequency 3480MHz. The correct CPU clock should be 580MHz = 3480MHz / 6.
The only thing that changed a bit is the stuff with the CONFIG_USB that I was told to change by Stephen. Can you check if that is the problem with your bad cpu clock? Just comment the call 'mtmips_clk_regs_init' of the probe function.
I will test and report mt7628 later.
