[PATCH v2 17/18] ARM: dts: s5pv210: Set MAX8998 GPIO pulls on aries

Make sure that the GPIOs are configured correctly
for the interrupt (otherwise it won't fire) and disable the
pulls on the DVS GPIOs which are outputs.
