[PATCH 08/11] [media] marvell-ccic/mmp: enable clock before accessing registers

From: Lubomir Rintel <lkundrak@v3.sk>
Date: 2018-11-05 07:32:14
Also in: linux-media, lkml
Subsystem: media input infrastructure (v4l/dvb), the rest · Maintainers: Mauro Carvalho Chehab, Linus Torvalds

The access to REG_CLKCTRL or REG_CTRL1 without the clock enabled hangs
the machine. Enable the clock first.
