Missing "power-domains = <&sysc R8A7795_PD_ALWAYS_ON>;", as
the Secure Engine is part of the CPG/MSSR clock domain (see below [*]).
And missing "resets = <&cpg 229>;", as the module is tied to the CPG/MSSR
reset controller.
