Enable CAAM (Cryptographic Accelerator and Assurance Module) driver
for QorIQ Data Path Acceleration Architecture (DPAA) v2.
It handles DPSECI (Data Path SEC Interface) DPAA2 objects that sit
on the Management Complex (MC) fsl-mc bus.
