[PATCH] crypto: s5p-sss - Enable COMPILE_TEST

Get some build coverage of S5P/Exynos AES H/W acceleration driver.
Driver uses DMA and devm_ioremap_resource() so add DMA and IOMEM
dependencies for the compile testing.
