If you're going to use sec you need to use at least 10 in order
for it to be meaningful as shorter values often result in bogus
numbers.  Of course sec=10 takes a long time which is why cycles
is the preferred method.

What sort of variance do you see with cycles? Do you get the
same variance for other algorithms, e.g., cbc/aes?
