[PATCH v4 23/43] KVM: arm64: Validate register access for a Realm VM

From: Steven Price <steven.price@arm.com>
Date: 2024-08-21 15:40:31
Also in: kvm, kvmarm, linux-arm-kernel, lkml
Subsystem: arm64 port (aarch64 architecture), kernel virtual machine for arm64 (kvm/arm64), the rest · Maintainers: Catalin Marinas, Will Deacon, Marc Zyngier, Oliver Upton, Linus Torvalds

The RMM only allows setting the lower GPRS (x0-x7) and PC for a realm
guest. Check this in kvm_arm_set_reg() so that the VMM can receive a
suitable error return if other registers are accessed.
