  shared/util: Add missing entries to bt_appear_to_str

This adds the missing entries to appearance_table to it can properly
decode appearance values as found in:

https://bitbucket.org/bluetooth-SIG/public/src/main/assigned_numbers/core/appearance_values.yaml

  monitor: Make eir and ad print hexdump

This makes eir and ad print an hexdump so user are able to identify
if there is text encoded into them.
