Temporary bluetooth-next tree

Hi,

Since Gustavo is taking a break for about a month, and as requested by
Marcel, I've set up my own bluetooth-next.git tree to help us
synchronize our work. It's right now based on Gustavos latest
bluetooth-next.git with all patches acked by Marcel applied on top of
it:

I'll reply to those patch emails in a minute to help track what has been
applied and I'll also continue to do the same for any new patches.
