[PATCH 2/3] nvme-pci: Remove unused queue parameter

From: Keith Busch <hidden>
Date: 2018-03-27 15:39:07
Also in: linux-nvme
Subsystem: nvm express driver, the rest · Maintainers: Keith Busch, Jens Axboe, Christoph Hellwig, Sagi Grimberg, Linus Torvalds

All the queue memory is allocated up front. We don't take the node
into consideration when creating queues anymore, so removing the unused
parameter.
