No, STRW is enforced to zero (NS-EL1) with pKVM as the kernel must be
running in EL1.

Hmmm. Ok, that is what the iommufd flow ends up doing too, but still,
I would expect the hypervisor to have ARM_SMMU_FEAT_E2H, though it
would never read it.
