SYSTEM_RESET2 was introduced in PSCI 1.1...
just wanted to check on this.
we have a max of arm,psci-1.0 defined in compatible.
SYSTEM_RESET2 is already being used in some cases with "arm,psci-1.0".
how should this be handled here?
