[PATCH v2] selftests/arm64: fix spelling errors in comments

Fix two spelling mistakes in arm64 selftest comments:
  - "whcih" -> "which" (arm64/gcs/libc-gcs.c)
  - "resutls" -> "results" (arm64/pauth/pac.c)
