[PATCH 7/7] arm64: dts: axis: Add ARTPEC-9 Alfred board support

Add initial devcie tree for the ARTPEC-9 Alfred board.
The ARTPEC-9 Alfred is a board developed by Axis,
based on the Axis ARTPEC-9 SoC.
