Convert rkisp1-params.c to use the new types for block handlers defined in v4l2-isp.h and use the new helpers from v4l2-isp.c to remove bolierplate code from the driver. Break out from the handlers enumeration the 'group' and 'feature' flags to a separate array and perform driver specific validation of these fields separately.
