[PATCH v3 10/17] clk: at91: clk-master: fix prescaler logic

From: Claudiu Beznea <hidden>
Date: 2021-09-17 12:08:13
Also in: linux-clk, lkml
Subsystem: common clk framework, the rest · Maintainers: Michael Turquette, Stephen Boyd, Linus Torvalds

When prescaler value read from register is MASTER_PRES_MAX it means
that the input clock will be divided by 3. Fix the code to reflect
this.
