This patch-set adds driver for HNS3(HiSilicon network system version 3)
PMU and doc to descript it.

This patchset is based on 5.12. Before applying this patchset, please
apply patchset "drivers/perf: hisi: Add support for PCIe PMU" firstly,
because the code of this driver is the same directory as HiSilicon PCIe
PMU.
Why is this patchset an RFC?

Thanks,
John

Hi John,
this patchset rely on the patchset "drivers/perf: hisi: Add support for PCIe PMU",
it needs the new directory "drivers/perf/pci/hisilicon/", so it is just an RFC.
.
I think then it is just better to mention this dependency on the cover letter and not mark as an RFC.

Thanks,
John
.
Ok.

Thanks,
Guangbin
