[PATCH v2 1/2] remoteproc/mediatek: fix sparse errors on sram power on and off

Fixes the following sparse errors on sram power on and off:

On drivers/remoteproc/mtk_scp.c:306:17:
warning: incorrect type in argument 2 (different address spaces)

On drivers/remoteproc/mtk_scp.c:307:9:
