[PATCH 05/10] block: simplify BIOVEC_PHYS_MERGEABLE

From: hch@lst.de (Christoph Hellwig)
Date: 2018-09-24 07:43:50
Also in: linux-block
Subsystem: arm port, arm64 port (aarch64 architecture), block layer, the rest, x86 architecture (32-bit and 64-bit) · Maintainers: Russell King, Catalin Marinas, Will Deacon, Jens Axboe, Linus Torvalds, Thomas Gleixner, Ingo Molnar, Borislav Petkov, Dave Hansen

Turn the macro into an inline, move it to blk.h and simplify the
arch hooks a bit.

Also rename the function to biovec_phys_mergeable as there is no need
to shout.
