[PATCH 5/5] ARM: shmobile: Remove unused shmobile_smp_init_fallback_ops()

From: geert+renesas@glider.be (Geert Uytterhoeven)
Date: 2018-05-18 12:48:54
Also in: linux-renesas-soc
Subsystem: arm port, arm/risc-v/renesas architecture, the rest · Maintainers: Russell King, Geert Uytterhoeven, Magnus Damm, Linus Torvalds

shmobile_smp_init_fallback_ops() became unused after removing
SoC-specific machine definitions that provided legacy SMP initialization
fallbacks.
