[PATCH v7 6/9] arm: arm64: Add routine to determine cpuid of other cpus

From: Jeremy Linton <hidden>
Date: 2016-08-23 20:47:57
Also in: linux-acpi
Subsystem: arm port, arm64 port (aarch64 architecture), the rest · Maintainers: Russell King, Catalin Marinas, Will Deacon, Linus Torvalds

It is helpful if we can read the cpuid/midr of other CPUs
in the system independent of arm/arm64.
