+ - rockchip,grf : phandle to the syscon managing the "general

+ - clocks : phandle + clock specifier for the phy clocks
+ - clock-names : string, clock name, must be "tcpdcore", "tcpdphy_ref";
+ - resets : a list of phandle + reset specifier pairs
