Make use of ARCH_RENESAS in place of ARCH_SHMOBILE.
This is part of an ongoing process to migrate from ARCH_SHMOBILE to
ARCH_RENESAS the motivation for which being that RENESAS seems to be a more
appropriate name than SHMOBILE for the majority of Renesas ARM based SoCs.

I'm a little unsure of who should take this but for now I will
queue it up in next with a view to sending a pull request to Linus
for v4.6. I'm open to other ideas.
All but two entries in drivers/bus/Kconfig are for ARM platforms (the other two
are for MIPS platforms), so I think arm-soc is appropriate.
Alternatively, GregKH?

In personal conversations with technical people, I call myself a hacker. But
when I'm talking to journalists I just say "programmer" or something like that.
