[PATCH] arm64, kbuild: make "make install" not depend on vmlinux

From: Masahiro Yamada <hidden>
Date: 2016-02-19 06:06:17
Also in: linux-kbuild, lkml
Subsystem: arm64 fit support, arm64 port (aarch64 architecture), the rest · Maintainers: Simon Glass, Catalin Marinas, Will Deacon, Linus Torvalds

For the same reason as commit 19514fc665ff (arm, kbuild: make "make
install" not depend on vmlinux), the install targets should never
trigger the rebuild of the kernel.
