Personal preferenc is that the *-names properties should come *after*

Use the GPIO DEFINES.
This change is done in patch 4/5 as one atomic commit
(code, dt doc, and dt node).

I could have used the GPIO_DEFINE in this patch and
updated the dt binding in 4/5.

I'll do that in v3.
