[PATCH v2 0/2] ohci and ehci-platform clks, phy and dt support

Here is v2 of my ohci and ehci-platform clks, phy and dt support patch-set.

Changes since v1:
-Various improvements to dt-bindings as suggested by various people
-Support up-to 3 clocks
