The max limit of con_id is 16 and dev_id is 20. As of now for all SPEAr SOC's clk ids are exceeding this predefined limit. This patch set is intended to rename clk ids through out spear clk framework. -v2: -Rename gpt timer parent clk id on spear3xx and spear6xx machine as pll3_48m_clk is renamed to pll3_clk.
