[PATCH 2/2] ARM: mxs: defconfig: Enable CONFIG_COMMON_CLK_DEBUG

With the common clock framework in place, it is useful to enable
CONFIG_COMMON_CLK_DEBUG option, in order to easily inspect the clock tree.
