[PATCH] Move ADC driver from S3C24xx to S3C and adjust it for the S3C64xx.

Hi, this is a try at generalizing the ADC driver for S3C24xx and S3C64xx. I've used this as a base to port over Openmoko's touchscreen driver, and now I'd want this to get integrated into mainline.
