[PATCH v5 36/45] tun: move internal flag defines out of uapi

From: "Michael S. Tsirkin" <mst@redhat.com>
Date: 2014-11-27 12:33:30
Also in: lkml, netdev
Subsystem: networking drivers, the rest, tun/tap driver · Maintainers: Andrew Lunn, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds, Willem de Bruijn, Jason Wang

TUN_ flags are internal and never exposed
to userspace. Any application using it is almost
certainly buggy.

Move them out to tun.c, we'll remove them in follow-up patches.
