I believe you have to refresh this patch. At least it is not applying on 3.6-rc1. With minor changes I could check it though.

Again, simple thing here is that it would be good if you include in your patch the change on omap-thermal-common.c: drivers/staging/omap-thermal/omap-thermal-common.c: In function 'omap_thermal_expose_sensor': drivers/staging/omap-thermal/omap-thermal-common.c:251: error: too many arguments to function 'thermal_zone_device_register' make[3]: *** [drivers/staging/omap-thermal/omap-thermal-common.o] Error 1 make[2]: *** [drivers/staging/omap-thermal] Error 2 make[1]: *** [drivers/staging] Error 2 make[1]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs.... And looks like you missed the psy_register_thermal (power_supply_core.c): drivers/power/power_supply_core.c: In function 'psy_register_thermal': drivers/power/power_supply_core.c:204: error: too many arguments to function 'thermal_zone_device_register' make[2]: *** [drivers/power/power_supply_core.o] Error 1 make[1]: *** [drivers/power] Error 2 make[1]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs.... make: *** [drivers] Error 2 make: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs.... Apart from the compilation issues and the needed patch refresh, I am
good with the patch. And thanks for pushing this forward.
