Since there were no problems with 2.4.21 and before, I made a small change to the code (see the attachment). Processor power management and throttling seem to work perfectly with this patch.
Bad idea for mainline. Anyway blacklist entry saying "pblk length < 5 but C? still works might be okay. -- Pavel Written on sharp zaurus, because my Velo1 broke.
