[PATCH] x86/kvm/vmx: remove unused variable in segment_base()

From: Jérémy Lefaure <hidden>
Date: 2017-02-25 23:11:03
Subsystem: kernel virtual machine for x86 (kvm/x86), the rest, x86 architecture (32-bit and 64-bit) · Maintainers: Sean Christopherson, Paolo Bonzini, Linus Torvalds, Thomas Gleixner, Ingo Molnar, Borislav Petkov, Dave Hansen

The pointer 'struct desc_struct *d' is unused since commit 8c2e41f7ae12
("x86/kvm/vmx: Simplify segment_base()") so let's remove it.
