[Intel-gfx] [PATCH v10 9/9] drm/i915: Remove truncation warning for large objects

From: Gwan-gyeong Mun <hidden>
Date: 2022-09-09 11:01:19
Also in: dri-devel, lkml
Subsystem: drm drivers, intel drm i915 driver (meteor lake, dg2 and older excluding poulsbo, moorestown and derivative), the rest · Maintainers: David Airlie, Simona Vetter, Jani Nikula, Joonas Lahtinen, Rodrigo Vivi, Tvrtko Ursulin, Linus Torvalds

From: Chris Wilson <redacted>

Having addressed the issues surrounding incorrect types for local
variables and potential integer truncation in using the scatterlist API,
we have closed all the loop holes we had previously identified with
dangerously large object creation. As such, we can eliminate the warning
put in place to remind us to complete the review.
